Pib Sheeting
PIB sheeting is used as a weatherproof covering for external insulation applications. It is produced from high molecular weight polyisobutylene, modified to achieve optimum properties. It will not harden, crack or peel. It is virtually non-ageing and is resistant to both ozone and UV.
A range of thicknesses from 0.5mm to 1.2mm are available to cover all applications from small pipes to large ductwork sections.
Pro Clad
Venture Clad is a revolutionary way of weatherproofing insulation as it is a completely self-adhesive product not requiring additional adhesive or mastics to create a seal. The materials bonds 100% to the surface of the insulation providing a zero-permeability barrier that moisture cannot penetrate, providing a neat, clean, and dependable weather barrier.
Duct Insulation
Thermal insulation should be applied to all H&V ductwork unless specified otherwise by the purchaser. Ductwork conveying warm air should be insulated to conserve energy. Ductwork conveying chilled air or cold supply air should be insulated to conserve energy and control condensation at the external surface. Duct insulation also helps with noise reduction.
There are a wide range of products which can be used to insulate ductwork depending on shape, size and clients specifications. Rigid preformed slabs or boards and flexible rolls are some popular choices.
Isogenopak
Isogenopak is a lightweight, but rigid PVC film for jacketing insulated pipes and ducts.
Isogenopak is self-extinguishing and has considerable resistance to acids, alkalis, salts, oil, petrol, aliphatic hydrocarbons and corrosive atmospheres. In addition, the material cannot corrode and is virtually impermeable to water vapour. It is unaffected by fresh and salt water and impervious to gases, grease and
Oil.
Pipe Insulation
Pipework insulation is used to reduce the amount of heat lost from pipework containing hot fluids, and the amount of heat gained by pipework containing cold and chilled fluids, thus reducing the amount of energy wasted on maintaining the temperature.

Metal jacketing applied to ducting, pipework & vessels is usually materials such as Aluzinc, Galvanised Steel,
Stainless Steel - various grades
but the most popular choice is stucco/plain aluminium.

Removable Valve Jackets
Removable insulation jackets/covers/system give you the ability to access valves and equipment without having to scrap insulation every time. Its as easy as undoing a strap, performing your work, and reinstalling. Most of our covers can be taken off and put back on in less then 5 minutes
